———Brief Introduction
Boiler steel 16Mo3 is a pressure vessel grade chromium-molybdenum
steel alloy specified in EN10028 for high temperature operating
conditions.
The material is used as weldable steel in the manufacture of
industrial boilers and steel pressure vessels used in the oil, gas
and chemical industries. Due to the chromium and molybdenum content
of the material, 16Mo3 has excellent heat and corrosion resistance.
