Vacuum Bellows
These KF40 Flexible Bellows hose (0.2mm thin wall) vacuum fittings
follow ISO-KF standards and have a flange size of NW40. They are
unsheathed and butt welded. Commonly used to build foreline vacuum
plumbing and process systems. They are often called quick flange
fittings because they are quick to assemble. A circumferential
clamp and centering ring form the vacuum seal between the
connecting flanges.
The standard sizes for quick flange fittings are KF-10, KF-16,
KF-25, KF-40, and KF-50 with flange sizes NW-10, NW-16, NW-25,
NW-40, and NW-50, respectively. They are made of corrosive
resistant stainless steel.

Bellows are thin-walled metal Bellows,like a spring.
Vacuum bellows are vacuum negative pressure and can only be vented.
Generally, it is recommended to buy T=0.15mm compressible flexible
pipe if the pipe is less than 300mm.

Its composition is composed of two formed hollow diaphragm with
concentric circle for inner edge welding to form a diaphragm pair,
and then a plurality of diaphragm pairs stacked together for outer
edge welding to form a corrugated section, and then at both ends
and end plate metal welding combined into a bellows group, so that
it can be reciprocated with other moving parts according to the
external needs
