Cemented carbide is a kind of alloy material made of refractory metal hard compound and bonding metal by powder metallurgy process.

Cemented carbide has a series of excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, good strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, even at 500℃ is basically unchanged, still has a high hardness at 1000℃.

Cemented carbide is widely used as tool materials, such as turning tool, milling cutter, planer, drill, boring cutter, etc., for cutting cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics, chemical fiber, graphite, glass, stone and ordinary steel, but also can be used to cut heat-resistant steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, tool steel and other difficult to process materials.

Zhangjiagang factory is responsible for the rough forming of workpiece, mainly forging process; Hangzhou plant is mainly responsible for precision machining, welding and inspection of products. Zhangjiagang is located in the southern jiangsu province, which has the strongest forging capacity in China. It has a good supporting industry and can realize the diversified production of forging and pressing blanks. Thanks to this, the product cycle of our company is faster, the cost performance is higher, and the forging products have better mechanical properties than the products directly processed by rod or plate.
